Gemma & Stuart's Engagement Photo Shoot

One of the things I love most about being a wedding photographer is getting to know my couples before their big day, and Gemma & Stuart's engagement photo shoot was the perfect opportunity to do just that.

From the moment we met, they brought so much laughter, warmth, and personality to the session. They didn't worry about posing perfectly or looking at the camera every second. Instead, they simply enjoyed spending time together, chatting, laughing, and embracing the

experience—and that's exactly what made their photographs feel so natural.

An engagement session isn't just about creating beautiful images (although that's definitely a bonus!). It's also a chance for us to get to know each other before your wedding. I always encourage couples to make the session their own. Whether that's bringing your dog, choosing a meaningful location, dressing casually, or simply being yourselves, the more personal the session feels, the more meaningful your photographs will be.
