Splashing in fountains, climbing adventures, sandy fingers, fluffy goslings, and the sweetest little smiles — this session at WWT Slimbridge was full of the simple moments that make childhood so magical 🤍

There’s something so special about photographing little ones as they explore the world around them. No pressure, no posing — just genuine curiosity, laughter, and the joy of letting them lead the way. From watching the tiny goslings snuggle together amongst the daisies to adventurous climbs through tunnels and excited splashes in the fountains, every moment felt beautifully real.

One of my favourite things about outdoor family sessions is how naturally children settle into them. When they’re free to play, explore, and simply be themselves, the photographs become full of personality and connection. And honestly, those in-between moments are always the ones families treasure the most years later.
